A First Nations-led Subfund transforming philanthropy and contributing to positive change with First Nations communities.

Koondee-Woonga-gat Toor-rong

Koondee Woonga-gat Toor-rong (KWT) aspires to become a significant player in this state’s First Nations philanthropic scene over time by providing mainstream philanthropy with a more direct vehicle to invest or co-invest in projects identified, endorsed and promoted by the Fund.

Koondee Woonga-gat Toor-rong Fund will:

Provide seed or start-up funding for innovative projects and proposals that benefit individuals and communities, respond to challenges or support opportunities for change-making
Fund projects up to $10,000
Make grants for a twelve-month period only
Not fund what should or could be funded elsewhere
Koondee Woonga-gat Toor-rong Fund will NOT fund Individuals and organizations more than once in a 12 month period
