For over 35 years Encompass have been customer service leaders in delivering disability supports and Community Services; we pride ourselves in helping to shape sustainable local communities throughout Wyndham & the Greater City of Geelong. Encompass Community Services is a registered provider with The National Disability Insurance Scheme since being legislated in 2013.

We actively engage with people with physical, intellectual, sensory and psychological disabilities; as well as other individuals who are disadvantaged such as disengaged youth, minority groups, long-term unemployed, those facing financial, social or learning barriers.

Encompass runs a wide variety of programs and services including Encompass College of Education & Training, Disability Employment Services, NDIS Services (Life Skills & Flexible Supports, Recreation & Travel, In Home Care & Domestic Supports, Accommodation Services), Support Coordination, and Social Enterprises (pre-loved furniture shop, pre-loved clothing shops, café, farm).
