Keep Our Mob Safe

Living with COVID-19 is something everyone in Australia is learning to do. It’s important to remember to look after yourself and your social and emotional wellbeing, as well as your physical health.

COVID-19 can be dangerous, especially for our elders and people with existing medical conditions. Vaccines help reduce the spread and severity of the virus.  Vaccines protects you, your family, elders and community from getting really sick with, or even dying from COVID-19.  Everyone 5 years+ can book a vaccine.

Michelle Thomas is a registered nurse, final year medical student, proud Boon Wurrung woman and member of the Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association. Listen to her advice on how you can support Elders and older people in your community.
