The Human Resources Business Partners – Indigenous Employment and Development report to the HR Director and will provide generalist HR advice and expertise to support Indigenous employees, HR colleagues and Divisional leaders in managing Indigenous employment matters. Encompassing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, they will share their HR expertise and knowledge, reflective of their strong understanding of Indigenous culture and practices.
