This newly developed role will assist the Service Delivery Manager to establish the Housing and Homelessness team, develop the frameworks and relevant processes, identify and respond to housing and homelessness needs and provide leadership to a small team of case managers within the new Housing and Homelessness program.
This role is to support our women with all tenancy management, the purpose is to achieve sustainable housing and create opportunities.
Developing and utilising solutions-focused approaches, the Housing and Homelessness Team Leader will work closely with individuals who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness to provide tailored responses.
