The First Nations Senior CCB Lead drives the development, implementation and evaluation of the division’s Community Capacity Building projects with local Aboriginal Communities that aim to create more inclusive and respectful communities for people with disabilities. Collaborating with stakeholders and those with lived experiences, they plan and execute co-design initiatives, addressing barriers and inclusion, identify key actions to achieve change.
