Melton City Council is hosting a formal Flag Raising Ceremony at the Melton City Council Civic Centre at the lawn area near the flag poles, followed by a Reconciliation Walk (between the Civic Centre and the Library) with a special performance by Kutcha Edwards, singer/ songwriter and Stolen Generation survivor.
