The role of Practice Training Lead is to support the growth of VACCA staff capability, practice and knowledge in service delivery areas. A key component of the role is to develop and deliver practice based training in the areas of Foundations and Organisation, Client Services, Family Violence, Trauma, Out of Home and Residential Care, Family Services, in a way which also builds cultural competency.
