This position is the first initial contact for carers that identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander across Victoria, seeking support through the Carer Gateway. Carers, including parents, partners, and friends, aid those managing at home due to aging, disability, mental illness, or chronic conditions. The Advisor ensures a culturally sensitive and culturally appropriate experience during the Carer Support Planning process.
