The City of Melbourne invites Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists – individuals or in teams – who have a connection to Victoria, to submit an expression of interest (EOI) for the design of a permanent Stolen Generations Marker in central Melbourne.  The Stolen Generations Marker will be commissioned through a two-stage process.
